Mur & Deco provides painting, finishing, and minor renovation services as described on our website and during consultations. Services may vary by project.

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes are tailored to each project based on scope, square footage, materials, and other factors.

Once accepted, pricing will not change.

3. Payment

Remaining balances are due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are accepted by credit card, e‑transfer, or cheque.

4. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.

Deposits may be non‑refundable if significant preparation work has already begun.

5. Project Conditions

The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to the work site.

Mur & Deco will take all reasonable precautions to protect furniture, flooring, and surroundings during work.

Timelines may be adjusted due to unforeseen conditions (weather, structural issues, material delays).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the finished work does not meet the agreed standard, Mur & Deco will make corrections at no additional cost until it does.

7. Liability

Mur & Deco is not responsible for pre‑existing damage, structural defects, or issues outside the agreed scope of work.

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted services.

8. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in harmful activity.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, and disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
